After living in Malaysia for three weeks, my team and I decided to head over to the Perhentian Islands for our last few days. My teammate Saylah managed to find a place on the beach that worked in our budget($5 per person a night).  We stayed with Perhentian Cabana Campsite, in tents right on the beach.  Our days were filled with crazy adventures and at night we fell asleep listening to the gentle waves.  We trekked through the jungle, swam in the ocean, snorkeled around some coral reefs, and ate fresh sea food!
