Ever wonder what it is like to see the Himalayan mountains?  Have you ever been curious about trekking through Nepal?  While I was in Nepal, my team and I decided to go on a 5 day trek through the mountainous trails of upper Nepal.  The first part of the trek, I had never seen so many stairs in my life!  Sweating is a normal part of life so quick acceptance of it, is inevitable. Thankfully there is always a nice cold shower waiting at the local tea houses wherever you stop for the night.  I can't even explain the views of the mountains, they are just breathtaking.  Everyday is walking along lush jungle trails, wispy clouds floating right in front of you and every few steps there is another waterfall.  The mountain people are always so very kind and you are bound to meet other trekkers from all over the world.  If you have an amazing guide, he might teach you some Nepalis and may even show you the edible fruits and berries found on the trail.  You may even come across a canopy forest filled with monkeys!

So to some it up, trekking is really hard but it is so worth it! Check out my video that I made of my adventures in the mountains!
